Glenridge Middle School

The attendance zone covers Baldwin Park, parts of Maitland, Audubon Park, and neighborhoods north and east of Lake Underhill — roughly bounded by Maitland to the north, Union Park to the east, the Conway corridor to the south, and Edgewater Drive / I-4 to the west. The zone spans a wide price range. Baldwin Park homes run $650K-$1.2M+ (townhomes from ~$550K, single-family from $750K, lakefront custom homes well above $1M). The surrounding area includes Baldwin Park, one of the more intentionally planned and patrolled master-planned communities in Central Orlando, and the Maitland corridor, which is consistently low-crime by Orange County standards.

Glenridge and Audubon Park K-8 serve overlapping but distinct portions of the same general corridor. Audubon Park K-8 is a smaller, more community-embedded school serving K through 8th grade with a strong parent culture; Glenridge is a larger, more traditional 6-8 middle school with a dedicated IB MYP track and direct feeder pipeline to Winter Park High's IB Diploma Programme. For families specifically targeting the IB track into Winter Park High, Glenridge has the more direct path.
