Nearest major grocery is roughly 10 minutes north toward Clermont proper. The SR-429/SR-50 interchange puts you 30–35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Is Lakehaven Estates a CDD community?
CDD status for Lakehaven Estates has not been publicly confirmed at time of writing.
