Both sit inside the same master-planned community and share the same amenities (resort pool, fitness center, clubhouse, courts). The Manor Collection has smaller floor plans (1,448–2,380 sq ft) and lower prices (from $217,990). The Estate Collection has larger plans (1,878–3,178 sq ft) starting around $237K but running to $445K. Manor buyers trade some square footage and lot size for a lower entry price.

Lennar bundles appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, range), smart-home tech (video doorbell, smart lock, smart thermostat), Wi-Fi CERTIFIED wiring, and fixed finish allowances for flooring and tile.
