What schools does Hawkstone feed into?

Hawkstone is zoned for Pinecrest Elementary (3/10 GreatSchools), Barrington Middle (4/10), and Newsome High School (8/10). Newsome is one of the stronger high schools in Hillsborough County. The elementary and middle ratings are below state average — buyers with younger children should factor this in. Verify zoning at the Hillsborough County School District before making an offer, as boundaries do shift.

Is Hawkstone a CDD community?

Yes. Hawkstone has an active CDD that financed infrastructure and amenity construction through tax-exempt bonds.
