Weslyn Park is the first village — about 600 homes at buildout — featuring Acorn Park with a neighborhood pool and pavilion, miles of multi-use trails, a community garden, and a future resort-style amenity center (targeted 2027). The tradeoff: Sunbridge is still actively building, so you are buying into a construction zone that will look very different in 5 years. The Sunbridge Parkway extension (Osceola County) will eventually improve commute times west toward 417, but it is not complete yet. Lake Nona is roughly 25 minutes northeast — less convenient than communities on the 417/528 interchange.

Nearest Publix is in St. Cloud proper, roughly 10 minutes.
